Site Coordination:
• Manage daily operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and crews on site.
• Ensure smooth execution of civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
• Enforce strict HSE standards and procedures.
• Conduct safety briefings, inspections, and incident reporting.
Progress Monitoring:
• Track construction milestones and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Identify delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
Quality Control:
• Ensure installation meets technical specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise inspections, testing, and documentation.
Logistics and Resources:
• Manage site logistics, including delivery, storage, and handling of components (e.g., turbine parts).
• Oversee use of machinery, tools, and workforce allocation.
