The main goal of Mechanical & Electrical Supervision in the wind energy business is to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient installation, connection, and commissioning of all mechanical and electrical components of the wind farm in line with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
To guarantee that all mechanical (e.g., tower, nacelle, rotor) and electrical (e.g., cabling, transformers, grid connection) systems are correctly installed, tested, and ready for safe operation.
This includes:
• Ensuring compliance with technical and HSE standards
• Supervising contractors and installation teams
• Identifying and resolving issues on-site
• Supporting commissioning and handover to operations
