Project Planning and Coordination:
• Define the project scope, schedule, and resources.
• Coordinate the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phases.
Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the main point of contact between developers, contractors, investors, and regulators.
• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
Risk and Compliance Management:
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and logistical risks.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Control costs and monitor financial performance.
Quality and Performance Assurance:
• Oversee construction and commissioning to ensure technical and contractual requirements are met.
• Ensure proper turbine installation, grid connection, and successful performance testing.
